The biggest problem surfaces before the beginning of every academic year, fee structures have to redefined, new entries or books have to be created, student promotions have to be updated etc., etc.,
If we go on listing the issues and complexity in the existing paper based system, the problems are innumerable, however most of the Schools continue to operate in same traditional way how it used operate 5 years or 10 years before.
